VELORAMATCH reserves the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor and to report such activity to the appropriate authorities.

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create more than one account, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without their express permission.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content or impersonate any person or entity.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or harm any other user.
• Upload or share content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or illegal.
• Solicit money, financial information, or gifts from other users.
• Advertise or promote commercial services, products, or third-party websites.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant VELORAMATCH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. VELORAMATCH reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion without notice.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

VELORAMATCH is committed to maintaining a safe environment. We encourage users to report any suspicious, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour using the in-app reporting tools. While we take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly, we cannot guarantee the conduct of any user and are not responsible for interactions between users that occur outside the Service.

You acknowledge that online dating carries inherent risks, and you agree to exercise reasonable caution when interacting with other users, especially when meeting in person.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of VELORAMATCH or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. VELORAMATCH does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VELORAMATCH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
